The former Clay County development director named Pamela Taylor was sentenced to serve time in federal prison and pay fines for embezzling money from FEMA. Taylor pleased guilty to embezzling more than $18,000 in FEMA disaster benefits after the devastating June 2016 floods that devastated Clay county in West Virginia.
According to WSAZ news: “Pamela Taylor, 57, admitted that she falsely registered for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster benefits after flooding in Clay County.”

Pamela Taylor was the same woman that wrote this racist tweet about first lady at the time Michelle Obama, that got her let go from her position.
“It will be refreshing to have a classy, beautiful, dignified First Lady in the White House. I’m tired of seeing a Ape in heels,”
…and because when there is one racist there is another Clay Mayor Beverly Whaling, who responded to the post by saying, “Just made my day Pam,” resigned amid backlash.
I wasn’t going to mention the Mayor because this story was about racist Pam but idiots should stick together.
