Another child gets maced in the face, I was originally trying to find the video of that little girl posted in the last picture on this small article. The one in the pink shirt but I cant’ find the information on her, and its very frustrating. Looking for her though I found another child suffering after being maced (the video I posted above). If police can’t be responsible enough to know when to hold back in these situations how to we trust them to do their jobs under more stressful situations. The police need restructuring. They need more hours on working on de-escalation, maybe even as much time as they spend on target shooting and practicing their aim. 
The following picture is of the girl in the pink shirt I was trying to find. Any information on her I would really appreciate.
