Hey all, it’s Matina I love this website I found.
I create my own recipes, add the ingredients and I know exactly what is going in my body. They have a large database and it’s great for when I tinker with recipes but what to still know the nutritional value without getting out a calculator and doing complex math for hours.
Select your number of servings and press “Analyze Recipe” You will see that it itemized your list and you can edit the quantity and can even change ingredients really easily (use pencil on the right)
And you end up with a nutrition label that you can add to your blog or recipe book
